How to book
All sessions (excluding weddings) can be booked via our booking site. You will be able to select the package that best suits your needs, select an available date, make the deposit and sign the contract CONVENIENTLY in one spot. If you're looking for a date or package not available, you can always e-mail us directly.
A 20% non refundable retainer and signed contract is due at time of booking in order to reserve the date. No dates will be reserved with out both the deposit and signed contract. The remainder of your balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
If CLIENT is late to his/her scheduled start time, time will not be extended or rescheduled. Refunds are not available for portrait sessions cut short or entirely missed due to CLIENT'S late arrival.
Payment plans are only offered for wedding packages and can discussed in detail during the intial meeting.
The Studio will notify the client via email 24-48 hours in advance of the portrait session if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, snow, dust, extreme temperatures, etc.
